Colegio Internacional Obradoiro is expanding its educational offering with the opening of the Nursery Immersion School starting in September 2026.
This center will serve as the school’s international preschool, fully integrated into our campus and educational project. With this opening, our students' academic journey officially begins in the 1st year of Early Childhood Education (ages 0-1).
The new nursery, conceived under a "boutique" model of educational craftsmanship, will be located at 18 Vicente Vázquez Queipo Street, in A Coruña (just 1.6 km from our main campus).

Leadership and Excellence: Ms. Laura Molinos Otero
The school will be led by Ms. Laura Molinos Otero, whose international career is a guarantee of quality and safety:
- Experience in the United Kingdom: Laura has over 11 years of experience in high-prestige institutions in London, such as Brighton College Prep Kensington, where she held the positions of Nursery Manager and Head of Early Years.
- Immersion Specialist: She possesses deep knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the UK National Curriculum.
- Safety and Well-being: A graduate in Education from the University of Vigo, she holds expert certifications in Child Protection (Safeguarding) from the NSPCC in London, as well as specialized training in child psychology, first aid, and respectful sleep.
Schedules, School Calendar, and Fees
The school calendar for the Nursery Immersion School will be the same as established for the other educational levels at Colegio Internacional Obradoiro, with the possibility of extensions to support work-life balance.
Although the schedule at the Nursery Immersion School is flexible given the age of the students, the school will remain open during the same hours as the second cycle of Early Childhood Education (Educación Infantil).
The fees and the comprehensive project are the same for the entire Early Childhood Education stage at Colegio Internacional Obradoiro.
School transportation
We want to support our families at Colegio Internacional Obradoiro in balancing their professional and personal lives. Therefore, school transport is available for Nursery students, integrating this center into our regular routes to facilitate the transfer of our youngest pupils alongside their siblings from the main campus.
Enrollment Calendar for New Families
Currently, the process is open exclusively for families with children already enrolled at Colegio Internacional Obradoiro. Starting next Tuesday, March 17, enrollment will open for new families, although the application form can be filled out starting today. Available spots will be assigned in strict order of receipt. martes 17 de marzo, se abrirá la matriculación para las nuevas familias, aunque se puede cubrir el formulario de solicitud de plaza desde el día de hoy. Las plazas disponibles se asignarán por estricto orden de recepción de la solicitud.
