Pre-conservatory program
These classes are scheduled for students in the 1st and 2nd year of Primary Educationas an orientation and preparation for their subsequent admission to the Conservatory of Music.
In this age group bring music to the students through:
- The Play and gamesas a basis for the development of rhythmic sense.
- The vocal education.
- The group practicewith a variety of percussion instruments.
- Small concerts by Conservatory students and teachers using all the instruments that we teach in class.
Conservatory
In our Conservatory of Music, students are given specialised musical instruction of the music, and we are committed to:
- Musical training, developing their vocal, rhythmic, psycho-motor, auditory and expressive skills.
- Students learning Music Theory,and being proficient in reading and writing music, which is fundamental for any instrumentalist.
- Developing the skills necessary for students to play their instrument, and perform music proficiently.
Classes are given in the Elementary and Professional Levelsincluding the following instruments: clarinet, double bass, bassoon, flute, gaita, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, piano, percussion, saxophone, trombone, French Horn, trumpet, tuba, viola, violin and cello.
Our conservatory is attached to the Superior Conservatory of Music of A Coruña.
