We are the first school in all of Galicia and the fourth in Spain to offer the International Baccalaureate. We've been an IB World School since 1986 and belong to a network of over 6,000 international schools.

Advantages in Spain
Direct Recognition and Access Grade: El Diploma del IB The IB Diploma is recognized as equivalent to the Spanish Bachillerato. Furthermore, the Spanish Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports officially accredits it with the Spanish Bachillerato title. Students who earn the IB Diploma do not need to take the University Entrance Exams (PAU) to obtain their university access grade.
Boosting Admission Scores:
- Recognition of IB Subjects: This is a significant advantage! In some autonomous communities, such as the Community of Madrid, the Foral Community of Navarre, and the Valencian Community, universities directly recognize the grades already obtained in IB Middle Level subjects. This means our students don't need to take additional exams (PCE) for those extra points, as their excellent IB results are directly valued.
- Specific Competency Tests (PCE): Students can take a maximum of two PCE subjects that are weighted 0.2 for their desired degree, potentially earning additional points.
University Advantages: Many Spanish universities value the rigor of the IB. Some have even established specific admission pathways or grant university credits for completed Higher Level (HL) subjects, which can reduce the academic workload. This is the case for institutions like the University of Navarra, ESADE, CUNEF, IESE, IE University, UAX, and others.
The Primary Years Programme
The Primary Years Program teaches students to take the initiative and be commited, lifelong learners. learning throughout their life, who demonstrate respect for themselves and others, and have the ability to participate in the world around them.
The PYP focuses on the comprehensive development of the child.

Middle Years Programme
The Middle Years Programme (MYP) is a rigorous academic framework that encourages students to establish practical connections between their studies and the real world. It is designed to be an inclusive program: students with diverse interests and academic abilities benefit.
