This year introduce a system of ecoschool canteen system to highlight values as responsibility, commitment, honesty, respect for the environment and critical thinking.
Responsibly sourced products
Our suppliers are committed to the environment. They supply ingredients in zero plastic, reusable or recyclable containers, with minimal packaging, which have a lower impact on the planet.
We introduce new foods with proven health benefits, and in turn we promote gastronomic culture and knowledge of other food customs.
Menu
We prepare a seven-week cycle with a delicious and healthy menu for children. Continuous modifications will be made to achieve the perfect menu.
- Balanced diets with low environmental impact.
- We eliminate ultra-processed foods, colourings and reduce sweeteners and sugars.
- We cook with cereals, quinoa, couscous, buckwheat, bulgur, pearl wheat and quinoa. We also include legumes. Every week we include a variety of dishes with lentils and wholegrains.
