Swimming and Lifeguard School

Training and competition

  • Swimming school (children): Classes aimed at acquiring the necessary skills to function with ease and safety in the water. Throughout the different levels, students will become familiar with the aquatic environment, acquiring autonomy, in it, mastering the pool environment and progressively improving their technique in the water. All this in the most playful way possible.
  • Artistic swimming (synchronised, for children): This activity combines swimming, gymnastics and dance. We want our classes to serve to introduce this beautiful sport to everyone who is curious about it.
  • School of water rescue sport (New): It is a sport that combines the skills of swimming in waters closed with the lifesaving techniques. This sport develops evidence in the beach and in the swimming pool. The swimming tests are grouped in 4 major skills: swimming, swimming with fins, swimming with obstacles and drag and trailer of phantom (with and without fins).
  • Aquatherapy (adults only)- Activity aimed at improving quality of life through exercises performed in the aquatic environment. Through postural hygiene and taking advantage of the physical properties that water presents (favors muscle relaxation, reduces pressure on the joints, allows working with low impact), it seeks to prevent or compensate, as far as possible, various problems or alterations of the spine. We understand These aquatic activities are a complement

We understand These aquatic activities are a complement (not a substitute) for orthopedic, pharmacological, rehabilitation treatments, or other medical strategies.
  • Free swimming (adults only): This option allows us to exercise in the pool autonomously (there will always be free lanes to swim) taking advantage of the time our children invest in the swimming course, or any other day within our schedule (Monday to Friday, between 6:15 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.).
